Ready for Putting into Operation!
The pharma technology transfer center in Yaroslavl is completely ready for operation. The cluster is properly equipped. Scientists have a vivarium for preclinical studies, laboratories with state of art equipment, in other words, all conditions for studies and development of new drugs.
For many years a team of young scientists has been working at the Yeroslavl Teacher’s University, until recently under leadership of Professor Mikhail Dorogov, PhD, Chem. This talented scientist and active leader deceased early in 2016. The active rector of the YTU Mikhail Gruzdev announced, that the university team considers it a question of honor to name the Pharma Technology Transfer Center after M.V. Dorogov.
Soon the technology transfer center will find its rightful place in the system of training of pharma personnel, providing an opportunity for students to study and for postgraduate students to perform research.
Opening of the cluster will become an important milestone in development of Russian pharmaceutical industry.
